This is the first time I’ve ever attempted a fully carved cake & was really nervous it might not turn out. But it turned out better then I ever thought. And this was a very special cake made for the charity Icing Smiles who help connect local bakers with families that are caring for a ill child & help give them an amazing cake and so happy to be a part of it. The parents were over joyed with the cake & were so surprised, it was definitely worth all the hard work.
