A friend of mine requested Ariel on her daughter’s 9th bday. She said she wanted a rectangular cake. So, I came up with this scene with Ariel and her sea creature friends. Simply chocolate moist cake with raspberry filling and SMB frosting . I used airbrush to give life and color to the cake and fondant decoration.
