Moshi Monster Underground Disco – adapted to suit Ella’s Overground Disco theme! This consisted of several chocolate sponge cakes carved and stacked to form the building. The monster characters were all modelled from sugarpaste and/or modelling paste. The top character, Katsuma, has a polystyrene/styrofoam head, covered in sugarpaste (so that he wouldn’t be too heavy!)
