This dark chocolate mudcake was made for an Under The Sea themed 18th birthday, and I was given free reign on design. I use Trina Thomson’s (Sweet Ruby Cakes) method of building figures, having attended one of her classes a couple of years ago – it’s really adaptable and I love how you can personalise them.
