It’s not as good as I wanted but I did do all the decorating with in 2 hours so nothing had time to dry, anyway it was a white chocolate mud cake with a lemon curd butter cream filling. My friend really liked it and was very surprised that I had the time to make it for her when she only gave me a days notice that she was coming over.
