This cake was made for a 5 year old boy. He loves the Mc Queen. The cake is a 3 layer ribbon cake with lemon and vanilla flavours. Frosted with vanilla buttercream.

I covered the cake with fondant and the car is made with a mixture of fondant and gum paste. The white and black border pattern is made with gum paste.
