This is the birthday cake that I made for Gonzalo last Saturday, his mother told me that he loves playing football, bowling, tennis, baseball and surf. The cake was a chocolate sponge filled with white and milk chocolate ganache, covered with chocolate ganache.
I did enjoy a lot making his cake and it is actually one of my favorite boys´ cakes!!!!!
