I was never really a fan of cookies..I don’t know, maybe because those that I’ve tried before were not that good (taste wise) and it was really hard for me to decorate them because of my unsteady shaky hands. Until recently I saw one recipe that seemed to attract me for no reason whatsoever, and my instinct told me to try it once more. and then I did. and it was no doubt D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! the texture is crisp on the outside but chewy and soft on the inside. smells divine and not too sweet. my daughter and nieces loved them! I was so happy I tried.
