This is my first time to do Barbie Cake. My daughter turned 5 and she asked me to make a Barbie Cake. I used two layer red velvet cake and pipe all around with Swiss buttercream. I’m just new in cake making and decorating, before I just want to know how to bake then lately I’m more in to it and it inspires me more to do it by my friend May. she’s doing cakes and cupcakes and her works are amazing. She lives far away from me so I try making cakes I want to do and asked her advice from time to time.
