My clients chose a 4 tiered purple Ombre cake. It is made up of a 12" bottom tier is carrot and walnut cake filled with cream cheese frosting & covered with white chocolate ganache, 10" Lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream & covered with white chocolate ganache, 8" vanilla sponge filled with strawberry buttercream & covered with white chocolate ganache, 6" lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream & covered with white chocolate ganache. The cake was deocorated in graduating shades of purple, the base board was covered in pale blue. A side design of sea shells and pale blue sugar hydrangeas.
