This cake was among one of the earlier cakes i did last year! i have just managed to track down a pic of it!The bottom tier is chocolate cake, then vanilla and then mickeys hat is chocolate again! The cake was filled and frosted with coffee buttercream..and covered and decorated with fondant details! I pretty much tried to replicate a cake by ( beth-cakespace on flickr), but i tweeked it a little with inspiration from the party-ware that the family were using for their sons first birthday!
