This cake was made for the staff of a hospital to say thanks for their care. I think this is a very sweet way of saying thank you.
I got free reign from the customer who said ‘a lung cake’. While designing the cake I’ve choosen to go with a anatomical ‘display’ design rather than a ‘real’ organ. When presenting the cake to the staff, they expressed their preference for my design execution.
