Who said you need fancy expensive Cutter to make flowers I made this using a cheap $2 % heart set from the dollar store, that I changed to make Peony Petal cutters…so I thought I would make a tutorial on how to do it…don’t get me wrong I love my bought Peony cutter I have most sets available, I just wanted to give people an option of trying to make this flower before spending alot of money on equipment :-)
