I tried to make a model of my daughter from modeling paste then sat her in a cocktail glass filled with sugar pearls to resemble champagne bubbles! the cake was a 2 tier victoria sponge cake filled with raspberry jam & vanilla butter cream then covered in fondant, I placed photo’s of charlote from her birth until present day around the cake and framed them with royal icing dots, I added blue & white fondant balls between the tiers and sparkle diamond around the base and to finish a diamante 21
