6/9/12 inch cayman rum cakes with local bouganvillea flowers for a beach wedding. The Cayman Rum Cake isn’t usually iced but can be. It is a lightly spiced cake made “upside down” with nuts and soaked with rum. I love this trend of using dessert cakes/un-iced cakes I think it is so shabby chic. TFL!
