This is a 2nd Birthday cake I made for my little girl. Chocolate cake filled with caramel and covered in chocolate BC and fondant. The Gruffalo is made from RKT and covered in chocolate fondant. She loved it and it was hard work keeping her away from it as she just wanted to cuddle it!
