Spelling Bee Cupcakes

Citrus Grove Elementary School asked me to provide a light dessert for their first ever school spelling bee. The cupcakes were for the student participants, judges, attending parents and members of the school board. Everyone gave me such a warm welcome and they really made me feel like a rock star by how much they loved these cupcakes. Best thing about baking is its always a two way street- we make people happy and they make us happy too!
