This beer cap cake was made for a close friend of mine – Gonzo, who is a writer/director and founding member of a drinking club (L.T.D.C.) https://www.facebook.com/LowerTorontoDrinkingClub – and Kronenburg 1664 is his favorite beer.

The L.T.D.C. / Rules of boozing coasters were made with gumpaste and edible sheets.
The fondant wood board for a vintage look and feel, with etched phrase “Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride”.

The cake itself was a chocolate cake with whiskey IMBC.
