This was a really special 50th Wedding Anniversary cake for one of my customer’s. I wanted to create something that was different than the usual full on gold so I decided on the antique lace frame with the red heart inside symbolising the love of these two special people. The lace frame was made from 1/2 modlelling chocolate and 1/2 gum paste then brushed with antique gold and gold fusion lustre dusts.
