Snickerdoodle cake with brown sugar buttercream filling, white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and a gumpaste peony. First cake I’ve successfully covered in swiss meringue buttercream, now I finally see what all the fuss has been about with that frosting!! It’s incredible! Also my first attempt at a peony :)
