This couple chose a three tiered wedding cake on a stepped stand. The bottom tier is a 12" vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream the tier is then covered with white chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant with a butterfly lace design, the middle tier is a 10" moist carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting which is covered with white chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant and a few 3 d butterflies. Lastly the top tier is an 8" rich chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with a dark chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant with the same butterfly lace detail as the top tier. The stand was draped in baby blue and twinkly lights were added as detail
