This couple chose a three tiered wedding cake on a stepped stand. The bottom tier is a 12" vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream the tier is then covered with white chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant with a butterfly lace design, the middle tier is a 10" moist carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting which is covered with white chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant and a few 3 d butterflies. Lastly the top tier is an 8" rich chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with a dark chocolate ganache and baby blue fondant with the same butterfly lace detail as the top tier.
