Alice celebrated her 10th birthday a few days ago. She was born with Downs Syndrome and has done so well despite some health set-backs. She is also extra special as she is my niece! She adores mermaids, she even has a mermaid tail she wears in the bath! so we made her a Little Mermaid cake as a surprise. She loved it!
