*This cake is made from an oval cake pan (wilton brand second smallest) the cake is white choc/choc mud marble cake… All animals are handmade from fondant… I wanted it to have an Aussie twist.. So there are two Koalas and two kangaroos.. I have seen a lot of Noah’s Ark cakes with just the heads.. I wanted to make mine a little different.. The lady cried when she picked it up for her two sons christening.. *
