This was 1 of 2 cakes I made for an 80yr young lady,she thought the cake was stunning and didn’t want to cut into it. The cake was Vanilla sponge with raspberry filling and butter cream,it was decorated in fondant icing and piped with royal icing basket weave,I made fondant roses & leave’s
