This was a cake I made for my Nana and Grandads 65th anniversary. I don’t think there are too many Grand daughters who can say they had the pleasure of making and decorating their Grandparents anniversary cake for their 65th! The pictures don’t show it very well but the pleating is actually dusted a pale ice blue. The reason for the colour is the bridesmaids wore this colour on the wedding day. The reason for the Chrysanthemums is because Nana had them in her boquet.
They were thrilled with it when they saw it.
