This slice of cheese was for a true Packer Fan. Cheese slice and Green Bay Logo are both made out of cake and covered in marshmallow fondant. I cut the logo part of the cake out of a 6" round and ganached it a lot, to make sure it was stable enough to be stood up like this. :-) Little football is made out of rice cereal treats.
