Single tier chocolate cake with Cadburys chocolate ganache. This is my first Mickey and I was worried how it was going to turn out. Its also the first cake that went smoothly. No cursing necessary and I completed it in record time (for me!)

I enjoyed decorating this cake so much that I decided to decorate the back also so that Charlie had all his favourite Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bits on his cake. : ) x
