For this wedding cake the couple gave me a little crystal purple skull (its in one of the pictures) and said they wanted a cake that incorporated this. As it was the first valentines present she gave to her husband. The Bottom cake is carrot, and the skull is ginger cake. The skull features i made by building up sugar paste underneath and then covering after.This is only the second wedding cake i have done, and is one of my favourite cakes i have done to date. xxx
