This cake was made for the Operation Shower organization. The theme for the shower was “Sunshine Safari” the cake was over 50lbs of chocolate salted caramel sweetness covered in ganache & fondant. The flowers are a combination or fondant & rice paper. The lovely disco dust elephant topper was molded from rice cereal treats.
