I made this cake for my nephew. The beer/lager is vanilla sponge cake with chocolate buttercream. The froth is white buttercream (i used wilton’s recipe). Everything here is edible even the “Boston Bruins’” logo. It is made of rice paper. This is a real challenge bec it’s my first time to make a beer cake. so pleased with the outcome. :))
