Serenity loves to jump on her bed, so this is the theme her mother chose to design her daughter’s 5th birthday cake. I made the sugar bed of fondant. The quilted bed frame, quilted duvet, and ruffles covered a cardboard base. The Pink and Lime green pillow is quilted, and the purple pillow is covered with hand-piped black scrolls. The feather boa was a final touch to this elaborate, girly birthday cake!
