This was an “extra” cake to go with a first birthday cake for a little girl. It’s a simple rich dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. (No fondant = yay!) I had a stash of pretty pink and yellow sugar flowers and I smothered these all over it and was really pleased with the pretty effect.
