I was sent a photo of Valentino Rossi’s winter test bike 2013 and asked to make a cake of the bike. Well here it is….

It’s a vanilla maderia sponge cake, with jam and buttercream filling. Handcarved and handpainted. I designed the board with the MOTO GP flag.

This has to be the most challenging cake I have done to date and if a year ago someone said to me I would have made a cake like this I would have never of believed them!!
