I made this for my niece’s 5th birthday. She picked the theme of a carnival, he favorite summer time activity. Her mother, my sister, wanted primary colors without it looking too Americana. The circus tent was made of rice krispie treats and gum paste hand modeled by me. The inside was lemon cake with raspberry filling.
