Rapunzel’s Tower Giant Cupcake

I love giant cupcakes, the possibilities are endless, well I think so.
The grassy hill is the giant cupcake, decorated with green buttercream and fondant flowers. I used rkt to create the tower, ice cream cone for the turret roof. My main issue was securing the tower. I used a 12" dowel through the whole tower into the cake with a further 3 inside the cake to support its weight. I think I’d do the support different next time, not unstable but I had concerns about it travelling.
