I decided to spoil myself and make a 3 tier birthday cake. This was my first attempt at a tiered cake.
Each tier was a different flavoured cake, chocolate-raspberry, chocolate, and hokey pokey (honeycomb). All cakes were covered in chocolate ganache and then decorated in fondant.
I loved making this cake and learnt a great deal. It turned out better than I could ever imagine.
