My mum asked me to do this cake for one of her clients. She works with intellectually disabled people and wanted to do something nice for this girl. Chloe is a big fan of iced coffee so why not a cake representing her favourite drink. It also had to be “Farmers Union” as there isn’t anything better than that here in Oz.

The cake itself was a coffee flavoured cake, which I filled and covered with chocolate ganache. I then covered the cake in fondant and had the appropriate logos etc printed on edible icing.

The cake was a hit and Chloe had a great 18th birthday.
