This cake stood 12" tall and 8" round in the middle and was made up of 3 tall stacked sponge cakes. It was a last minute order so was baked one day and decorated the next. Note; cakes like this need a central support going all the way through and into the board other wise they will fall over in transit (this is what i should have done but in all the rush didnt think it through properly)!
