This was a fun challenge of a cake. It was for a big birthday celebration that would be serving about 200 people, the globe was the main cake and two sheet cakes went along with it. The globe was made completely with chocolate cake, filled and covered with chocolate ganache. It was a big cake made up of 4 12" cakes, 2 10" cakes and 2 small dome cakes that I made in a glass bowl for the top and bottom. Everything was edible aside from the cake board it self.
