When I was asked to do a topsy turvey cake I jumped at the chance. I did my research and decided to carve the cakes not use tins, BIG Mistake! Very challenging to get the slopes of the cake right. Then it was the flower placement. Colours were Red, Pink adn Orange. Using some lillys and green filler flowers seem to set it off :) Design based on the gorgeous Yellow Spring Garden Birthday Cake by Pink Shoe Box.
