I actually have a full time job outside of decorating cakes…this cake was for one of my reportee’s parents 50th wedding anniversary and by far, my most favorite cake. In fact, I was inspired from a design I saw in a magazing…wish I knew the designer so I could give some credit where it is deserved. This was the first time I had ever used red currant in a cake…and it was fabulous!
