Well, I didn’t really want to make a giant pile of french fries, so I decided to include a burger with the fries. Three layers of Strawberry Lemonade cake with a strawberry mousse and lemon curd filling. Cakes are covered in fondant. Fries and burger toppings are made out of fondant. Bowl of ketchup is made with gumpaste and royal icing.
