This cake was recreated from an image my client sent me with only a few minor alterations – I tracked the picture down to a design by Pink Cake Box. The topper was inspired from the birthday invitation. This has been my smallest Topsy Turvy creation yet which was a nice reprieve! These tiers are 9", 7" and 5" with varying flavours. All filled with SMBC and finished in ganache then fondant. Previously I have always tapered my bases by 2" but this time I only did 1" and I much prefer the look. Plus it’s so much more stable for this ridiculous Autumn weather we are having here in rural Victoria, Australia (constant 30c plus). Bring on Winter!!!
Was a little worried about the bow staying put as it has no base support but with a skewer and a bit of RI it was solid as a rock. Thanks for looking :)
