I trained as a concert pianist many, many years ago, and spent 23 years working as a church pianist/organist/music director. It gives me great joy to create music cakes like this one. All 88 keys on the piano, perfectly aligned, and look at her posture, and then there are chocolate music notes dangling along the border. Yep, I’m a crazy musician and now a crazy sugar artist!
