My sister asked if I would make a birthday cake for her OH who loves burgers!! (amongst other things…) The top and bottom bun are a vanilla with orange zest sponge and a light fresh orange flavoured buttercream. The middle ‘burger’ is a double chocolate chip brownie cake. Inside are handmade ‘cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato’ all made from sugarpaste.
