This cake was for Holly’s lovely teacher Mrs Blackley. In my mind it started off as a small cake and with just 24 hours notice it grew to a large cake for 90 (the whole small school) with a full size stiletto on it! What a rush! At 4am I was convinced it was going to be a disaster…by 6am I was slightly less panicked.
Mrs Blackley loved it.
