This was my daughter’s 20th birthday cake. She’s more of a rock chick than a girly princess but every girl deserves her very own castle. This is our version :-)

Bottom tier was triple layer chocolate, with chocolate buttercream. Top tier was triple layer red velvet with vanilla buttercream.
