Super Mario Kart Birthday Cake by RooneyGirl Bakeshop

I made this cake as a donation to a special boy through Icing Smiles Charity Organization. It is a two tier (10" and 6") fondant cake with super mario kart fondant decorations. All decorations are completely handmade out of fondant. The cake is chocolate with ganache filling.
