My client was celebrating her son’s First birthday. She wanted an Indian inspired cake with an elephant (trunk up as it’s good luck in the Indian culture- Thanks goodness she told me this important aspect for the cake). I’ve never piped this way before and have a new found respect for Mehndi artists. Although my wrist was killing me when I was done, it was a lot of fun and the client was very happy with it. Can’t wait to work on this type of cake again!
