I know many bakers have done this, but this little buddy is still so popular around boys in the Netherlands.
This is my third mcqueen cake and a collage picture on how I made it.

Love it!!! I want to do one for my sons birthday. But this is by far the best one I have seen yet.
Dud u use chocolate icing to dirty ice?

Thank you :). I used chocolate ganache (200 gr chocolate mixed with 100 ml heavy whipping cream). The ganache really hold the shape of the cake so you’ll get a smooth look with the fondant.
